Let’s be honest: sometimes browsing dozens of websites to look for a job, it is tiring. Vacancies all look the same. Vague explanations. Strange Terms. Unknown companies.
How many times have you received a feedback after applying for a job? How many answers have you received? How many missed opportunities?
From today everything will change. We have the right solution for you.
Here’s how Jobbami will help you find a job
If you are following our blog, you must have noticed how often we mention the “referral bonus” and the Referral Jobs section. In our opinion, applying through a referral is one of the best ways to find a job. Or, better: it’s THE best way to find a job abroad!
This article is for you if:
- You ever asked yourself “How can I find work abroad from my country?”,
- You don’t know anyone who works in multinational companies,
- You want to get in touch with some employees of large international companies around Europe,
- You have 1.000 questions and no answers, and you are looking for someone that can give you these answers,
- You are just looking for a job.
If you answered “Yes” to at least one of the previous questions, read on.
Now comes the nice part.
The Referral Bonus
We already showed you here how to find work abroad without experience; we have already mentioned the referral bonus.
But we want to repeat it, to make sure you understand the potential of this tool and Jobbami Referral Jobs.
What is a Referral Bonus? Multinational companies in Europe provide their employees with a substantial monetary bonus. It depends on internal policies, but it usually goes from 600 up to 1.200 euros at the time.
How does it work? The company publishes weekly a series of open positions, and asks its employees for help in finding the right candidates.
Employees can refer their acquaintances to the company. If these referred people are evaluated positively, the interview procedure begins. At the end of the selection, if the referred person is hired, the company pays a referral bonus to the employee that referred the candidate.
It’s a fantastic way to recruit for the company! Likewise, it’s a nice reward for employees.
So what will you find on Jobbami?
The Referral Jobs page: how it works
The Jobbami Referral Jobs section is something we are very proud of, as we are sure it is a great news in the corporate world. It brings together:
- people who are looking for a job
- people who are already working for multinational companies.
It doesn’t matter if you are looking for a job or if you want to find candidates for your next referral: either way, you will get your benefits! Click on the image below and access the Referral Jobs:
Browse the vacancies and find the ones that you like the most. In a minute, you can send a message to who posted the job opening. You can ask questions about the job, and even attach your CV if you’d like. The person will receive your reply via email. He/she will contact you via email as well.
It’s all free, and you don’t even have to register on the site. What are you waiting for?
What you need to do to find work in a short time
First step, check your CV. It must be updated and without typos. After that, start browsing our Referral Jobs section. You can search for jobs by:
- Country – you can choose even more than one;
- Languages required for the job;
It is not necessary to fill all the fields. For example, if you speak English and Spanish and you have no preferences on the type of work or country, you can only enter languages. At the same tame, if you just want to move to Ireland and any job would do, just fill in the country box.
When you find a job you like, or if you want to know more about it, you can reply directly to the person who published it. If you want to apply for the job through a Referral, you can also attach your CV. The person who published the vacancy will receive an email with your message and the contact data you have entered (name and email address). After that, you will presumably communicate via email, or as you prefer.
Simple and effective, isn’t it?
We created the Referral Jobs section because we really want to help people find a job, and encourage their mobility and sense of community. You’re wondering: what do you ask me in return?
Just one thing: spread Jobbami among your friends! Follow us on Facebook and LinkedIn and invite them to do the same.
