Learning and Development Specialist is a role in the Human Resources (HR) department.
A Learning and Development Specialist is responsible to develop, curate and create content for leaning programmes in order to develop the skills of the Company’s staff.
In this role the specialist is likely to interact with managers from several department, as well as internal and external trainings’ suppliers.
Learning and Development specialists are also responsible to measure implementation and post-implementation progress against set goals to identify the real impact of the training.
