Customer Success Executive

Customer Success Executives work in the Sales department and are responsible to achieve an understanding of customer’s goals in order to offer the most suitable products or services.
Professionals in this role often make outbound calls to existing customers.
The final goal is to grow revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing from existing clients.
In some companies professionals in this role are also responsible to own and manage the customer onboarding process.
